1. General Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
- Vehicles or accessories purchased directly from Snuugciteino are eligible for refunds or returns if they meet the criteria outlined below.
- Refunds are only applicable to original buyers and are non-transferable.
- Customized vehicles and bespoke accessories are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy for Vehicles
Standard Vehicles:
A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of vehicle delivery or pickup if:- The vehicle has not been driven more than 200 miles.
- The vehicle has not been damaged, altered, or customized after delivery.
Refund Deductions:
- A restocking fee of 10% of the vehicle price applies.
- Administrative charges for registration or transfer of ownership will not be refunded.
Refund Process:
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days after vehicle inspection.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
3. Return Policy for Accessories and Parts
- Returns for unused accessories and parts are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase.
- The item must be in its original packaging and include all accompanying documentation.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
- If a vehicle, accessory, or part is delivered with defects or damages caused by the manufacturer or during transit:
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt.
- A replacement will be offered, or a full refund will be issued if a replacement is unavailable.
- Snuugciteino reserves the right to inspect and validate claims before issuing refunds or replacements.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-made or personalized vehicles.
- Accessories and parts marked as final sale.
- Maintenance services or extended warranties.
6. Cancellation Policy
Vehicle Orders:
- Orders canceled within 48 hours of placement will incur a 5% processing fee.
- After 48 hours, additional charges may apply for materials or labor already utilized.
Accessory Orders:
- Accessories can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, return conditions apply.
7. Return Process
